Business Recruitment Consultant - IT Consulting

About Us:

Harry Hope is an international recruitment firm dedicated to helping candidates find the best opportunities both in Luxembourg and globally. To strengthen our IT Business Unit, we are seeking a passionate Business Development Consultant eager to engage with key decision-makers in the Luxembourg IT sector to expand our consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy focused on major IT accounts in Luxembourg.
Identify and prospect new potential clients.
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in large accounts.
Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals that meet client requirements.
Support contract negotiations and sales closure.
Monitor and evaluate client account performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct competitive and market intelligence to anticipate industry trends and adapt service offerings.
Actively participate in events and conferences to promote the company and its services

Gesuchtes Profil

Desired Profile:

University degree in IT, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the IT consulting sector.
Knowledge of the Luxembourg market and large accounts is a plus.
Strong skills in prospecting and business relationship development.
Proficient in negotiation and presentation.
Analytical and innovative mindset to propose suitable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; french is very appreciated, knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
Self-driven, proactive, and initiative-oriented.
EU citizenship required or Luxembourgish work permit : mandatory
